A governing body meeting was held on 23rd January,2016.Following decisions were taken:
1. International conference title and venue was decided.
2. The budget for issuing financial grant to present original and innovative research paper by the participants of the under developed countries was decided.
3. List of eminent speakers was finalized for international conference (Bangkok) to be held on 29th-30th July 2016.
