Conference Registration / Membership Fee
The Registration Fee Includes the following for the Registered authors:
- Participation in the Technical Program
- Journal Publication
- Presentation/Participation Certificate
- Program Booklet
- Conference Proceedings with ISBN
Once Your paper is accepted the registration process is as follows:
Step 1 – Registration Fee
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and included in the Technical Program.

Step 2 – Copyright Transfer
All authors have to sign (for the individual paper) Copyright Transfer Agreement Form, and email that in PDF/JPG/PNG format. The copyright form is available at: Downloads
Step 3 – Camera Ready Paper submission
All the paper must adhere to journal’s paper template and must be submitted as Microsoft word DOC or DOCX format. So that the necessary fine tuning can be done. If the author is NOT able to format, the SRD provides the formatting facility with USD 20 to be paid by the author along with the FEE. The template is available at: Downloads
Step 4 – Registration
ONLY Email the filled registration form (.doc/.docx format) + signed copyright form + final paper/poster/abstract (.doc/.docx format) that you like to publish in the conference proceedings at email id: conference@socrd.org or srdglobe@gmail.com
One registration is must to publish a paper and in that ONLY one person can attend the conference and can get all as mentioned in above. If co-author also like to register, he/she has also need to pay the charges mentioned on the conference main page.
