Dr. R. C. Singh has rich experience of more than 25 years as a researcher out of which more than 13 years as Professor of Physics. Presently, Dr. Singh is Professor of Physics in School of Basic Sciences & Research, Sharda University (India). Dr. Singh obtained his B.Sc. (Hons.), M.Sc. and PhD from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi (India). Dr. Singh has published more than 35 research papers in peer-reviewed international journals, one book and six conference proceedings. His area of research interest includes study of phase transitions in molecular liquids using density-functional theory; time-series analysis; wavelet analysis; biometric applications and solar cells. Dr. Singh is a reviewer of several international journals and organized International Conferences in New Delhi, India (2010), Bangkok, Thailand (2016), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (2017), Bali, Indonesia (2018), Sharda University, India (2019), Phuket, Thailand (2019) and International Symposium in Sharda University, India (2018). Dr. Singh has successfully completed three Research Projects sponsored by the Department of Science and Technology (Govt. of India), New Delhi. Dr. Singh has extensively travelled to many countries like Italy, Germany, Czech republic, Turkey, Canada, UK for delivering talks, research and promoting Indian education abroad. Dr. Singh has been awarded Research Associateship, Lifetime Achievement Award, Bharat Vidya Shiromani Award, Star of Asia Award, Bharat Vibhushan Samman Puraskar, Intellectual Quality Excellence Award, Dronacharya Award, Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award, etc.

Dr. Rajendra Kumar has 22 years of teaching and research experience and worked in several prestigious institutes like Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering and Technology (BIET), Jhansi, Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET), Meerut, Vidya College of Engineering (VCE), Meerut in Computer Science department in capacity of teacher and administrator. He obtained his PhD from Sharda University, India; M. Tech. from Uttar Pradesh Technical University (now Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University) Lucknow; and B.E. from Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering and Technology (Bundelkhand University, Jhansi) in Computer Science area. His field of interest includes Pattern Recognition, Deep Learning, Theoretical Computer Science and Human Computer Interaction. He has published/presented more than 30 papers in journals of repute and national/international conferences. He has co-edited 06 conference proceedings. He has visited Singapore, UAE, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia for academic purposes. He is author of 05 text books including Theory of Automata, Languages & Computation published by McGraw Hill. He is member of various research organizations and reviewer of many reputed journals. He has also been member of Board of Studies (Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow).

Dr. Rohit Khokher is out-of-the-box thinker, innovative teacher and academic administrator with over 14 years of experience (Academic experience: 10 years & Industry experience: 04 years) in teaching, learning and training students, administrating and managing office tasks, researching new ideas to add value to the education, and handling projects in diverse Indian and International Universities/Institutions and multinational corporations. Dr. Xiao-Zhi Gao

Dr. Xiao-Zhi Gao is professor at School of Computing, University of Eastern Finland, Joensuu, Kuopio, Finland. He received his D.Sc. (Tech.) degree from the Helsinki University of Technology (HUT), Finland in 1999. Since 2004, he has been appointed as a Docent of Soft Computing Methods and Applications at the Aalto University (formerly HUT). His current research interests are nature-inspired computing methods with applications in optimization, prediction, data mining, signal processing, and control. He has more than 25 years of teaching and research experience. He has a credit of 400 national and international publications, 3342 google scholar citations. He has successfully completed 09 scientific projects. He is associated with more than 50 journals as Chief Editor, Guest Editor, Editorial Advisory Board, etc. Presently he is editor in chief of WJMPS journal. He has delivered Keynote address and Chaired in several International Conferences. He has been awarded/honored more than 10 times for his excellent academic contributions including International collaboration grant from Academy of Finland in 2013.
